RIVEROAK invites 9th-12th grade BHS students to Branford High School's Media Center on Thursday, March 27th, from 8:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., to explore RTC's 20 postsecondary career certificate programs!
Here's what you can expect:
* Spend quality time with RIVEROAK’s Student Services team to make a plan for your future!
* Gain insights into dual enrollment and scholarship opportunities.
* Bring your questions about RTC's enrollment process, programs, financial aid, and any other topic you would like to know more about.
Exciting news! RTC's Registration Fee of $50 will be waived during April, May, and June for any senior planning to enroll at RIVEROAK in the Fall of 2025.

Save the date! Branford High School's formal athletic banquet, the BESPYS, will be on Monday, May 12, 2025. Ticket sales will begin Monday, April 7. More information to come soon!
Guidance Counselors are beginning to meet with students to review their credits and request electives for next year. If there are any specific courses you would like your student to take next year, please encourage your students to discuss them with the counselor during their credit chat. **Individual appointments with the counselors are not being scheduled at this time.

Algebra 2 and Precalc classes are preparing for the SAT test on Thursday!! Yesterday, they did a scavenger hunt with SAT math questions. Students were required to identify the domain, skill and formula needed to help them solve the problems.
Last week, High school math students wrapped up Black History month by researching black mathematicians. Students used details of their lives and accomplishments to create mini posters.
