Mrs. Cole’s middle school Ag classes reinforced what they learned this week about the 6 parts that make up the FFA emblem by making a cookie version! We even had a special visitor who joined for the lab, Deputy Harris. Understanding the importance and meaning behind the FFA emblem is a key element of our class!

💔 Our school community is mourning the loss of a student this weekend. We know this is a difficult time for many, and support is available. Our thoughts and prayer’s are with the student’s family during this difficult time.
Counseling services will be available on campus tomorrow for any student or staff who needs someone to speak with.
Seventh grade scientists kicked off the new year by investigating if changing the material on a slope would affect a car’s speed. They made hypothesis, identified dependent and independent variables, and conducted investigations with several materials. Students presented their findings in the forms of quantitative and qualitative data, and enjoyed completing their first investigation of the school year!
