The Branford Elementary School community recently came together for an inspiring two-day training centered around The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People. This professional learning experience brought together teachers, paraprofessionals, custodians, office staff, and administrators in a powerful display of unity and shared purpose.
Throughout the training, staff participated in meaningful team-building exercises, deep reflection, and insightful discussions that offered new perspectives on personal and professional growth. The experience not only strengthened individual skills but also brought the entire faculty and staff closer together as the family we’ve always been.
As part of our ongoing commitment to developing leadership at all levels, Branford Elementary is excited to begin implementing the Leader in Me program in the coming school year. This transformative initiative will help empower our students by teaching them the same 7 Habits, nurturing a school culture where our children discover leadership qualities of their own.
